GOD’S GRACE IS NOT A DEBIT CARD

I feel as a nation, we failed God. We crucify him all day long, then turn around and swipe the GRACE card, like a debit card, expecting God to forgive us, without even realizing the COST of GRACE.

We walk around, withdrawing from the bank of heaven, when we haven’t even put our deposit in.

We swipe that card anytime we feel like it, demand it like it’s own right.

The GRACE card only works, if we have forgiven others!

It’s here in the Lord’s PRAYER

13535We are walking around, holding hate in our hearts, dispising others, still living in bitterness, hate, rage, and offences, how do we expect God to forgive us for our trespasses, when we haven’t even moved our finger to TRULY forgive our offenders?

Forgiveness is not words, it’s action! Forgiveness is sacrifice, forgiveness is discomfort, forgiveness is not a pleasant feeling,  it is humility, it is giving yourself away, your ego, pride, despite the hate, but very much a reward, in the Kingdom of Heaven.

He SACRIFICED his life, so that we can have forgiveness. He showed compassion, he showed mercy, he forgave his offenders…

Why can’t we?

Sometimes we got to realize the price HE paid, to offer GRACE to us. If we haven’t paid the price, what right do we have, to take that card.

Sometimes I take his card, and I weep before his Majesty! He’s a fair JUDGE, and I thank him for it!

FORGIVENESS IS THE KEY!

Lets turn back to GOD, let us stop pleasuring the idols of this world, let us consecrate our hearts to GOD! Separate ourselves, and be not poluted by this world, be HOLY, Sanctified Purified, blameless before the sight of men, but precious in the sight of GOD.
